Finally! MainStreamMedia Called Out!

Well ladies and gentlemen finally, after being dominated for so many years without reproach, the main steam media (MSM) has finally received its much deserved and long overdue, Royal Butt-Kicking!

In addition, this butt-whoopin' aired on national television during a press conference! And as for me, this should have happened long, very long ago when journalists, news reporters, news readers, investigative journalists, and of course, those Talking Heads that invade our front rooms with their biases.

All this news abuse as I refer to it is being done under the guise of "free speech" and the protection of our country's great First Amendment to the US Constitution.

Thomas Jefferson, moreover, George Mason and James Madison would be rolling over in their graves if they had heard any wind of this media bias that has gotten so profane it is now being referred to as the drive-by media!

Details, details, and details, you scream! Alright! (Whistling, cheering, loud applause!) Okay as I stated earlier it was during a nationally televised press conference from the great State of Utah. Of course I am referring to the mining accident that occurred on late Monday evening where six miners have been missing without word, pounding distress noises, nothing. Ladies and gentlemen this is a travesty that concerns human lives. Any and all reporting should be done with the utmost respect for everyone involved.

It was Mr. Murray's time at the microphone. Mr. Murray owns the majority of the mine and I believe he's feeling just a bit jaded with how this matter has been being handled by the MSM. This certainly is not news; however, it is when someone says something about it.

Apparently the Associated Press and a particular reporter was severely rebuked. And as much as I enjoy the "fair and balanced" reporting of Fox News, they too, we're singled out which is strange because Fox News normally has quality relationships with those involved.

With a Hat Tip to
"Free Republic" a web central on all matters of media, you really must go over and give them a look. The thread is called, "Is Anyone Else Listening?" Here is just one quote from those participating in the live thread:

"I watched it. He totally slammed Fox news, the AP. He is angry. He is proud of his mine and his workers and is pissed off at what happened."

What I've been able to discypher is that various news agencies elected to go to the Mining Union in Utah to get statistics regarding mining accidents and incidents over the last few years. Moreover, rather than even mention the very strong possibility that this entire cave in could have been caused by a reported earthquake measuring 4.0 on the Richter Scale, the reporters have nonetheless again and again decided to use inferred information rather than sort out the facts.

Finally as an observer--we know that things are getting rough when the company relocates the relatives and loved-ones yet for no other reason than safety and security from the press.
