I am a Fox News Man, but lately…

I guess you could say I am as regular as the public schools used to be with the Pledge of Alligence; however, my version is just a bit different—it starts out with: "I pledge my Alligence to Fox News…One news station under God, Amen." Nah! Just a bit of humor or at least I hope we can laugh; however, I am getting quite confused lately about what positions some of my heroes are taking.

And I know that with the crew they have over at the news desk is really a diverse lot. Moreover, as for me, they resemble much like a motley crew. Dear Mr. O'Reilly, please give up the segment on "body language." I could care less how many letters a person has after their name or whether or not this non-verbal body language is a generally accepted science. My problem is in your use of that segment predicated upon file tape or especially when a person is not available to render feedback. Bad form Mr. O'Reilly, plain bad form.

And what's up with Geraldo Rivera? Please don't misunderstand me: Mr. Rivera is a walking, talking, ratings hound that would sell just about anything and everything for a Nielsen point or two higher. Geraldo Rivera lives his life in hearsay, recklessly disregarding the truth or facts about anything that spews out of his mouth. We all have our bad days—I know I've had mine—but anymore I am muting my television when he makes appearances on the others' shows.

"Just last night I heard him tear into Michelle Malkin for what? Unbeknownst to some I believe it is unconscionable to speak about a person who is not in my presence. Moreover, to do such a thing is vile, putrid, and extremely unprofessional. Yet, who cares about being a professional? Yes Mr. Rivera I know you were the very first person to air Abraham Zaprutor's infamous film taken when President John Kennedy was murdered. By now who doesn't know? And what's up with the Mark Fuhrman best friends forever? (BFF)"

Nonetheless Mr. Rivera, this does not give you any more or less the right to rip brutally into another person like you did last night really dishing your ranting caca at Sean Hannity. So in the short time I keep the volume on, Mr. Rivera, you managed to show negligent disregard for decorum and respect for other people you work with. I think I have a clue what's bothering you; and it sure would bug me too!

"What is your position on matters of National Security? What is your position on border control and protection? And finally do you know what your position is on illegal immigration? I am reasonably certain on what position you'd like it to be. In a post 9/11 United States of America, it is not comforting to see a member of the Fox News team obviously taking the side of well over one million immigrants who are in our country illegally."

This is simply a Matter of Law. Your position encouraging illegal immigrants says to the American people that you would also side with any criminal. In spite of this I have a personal question I'd like to pose: Are you and Kato Kaelin in business together?

I can't put it out of my mind the evening you stated, "If I ever see that man…that liar walking towards me, or if I end up in the same room with him, I will walk the other way…" So not only have you confused me vis-a-vie what side of the fence you're on with immigration reform, but now your personal integrity is at stake regarding the matter with Messrs. Kaelin and Fuhrman.

The only reason I bring these matters to your attention Mr. Rivera, is that you don't appear to be the kind of person who goes around offending people, especially beating up on other people like: Michelle Malkin, John Gibson, Bill O'Reilly, or Sean Hannity. The latter I will admit has gotten far too big headed, but I'll wait until I see him to tell him.

And finally, please show my country that you really are a lawyer. Your waffling on issues is obnoxious. Remember Mr. Rivera, count—counterpoint—and stick to the issue you are asked. You are getting quite the reputation for evading the issues when you're asked. Please view either the transcript, or the segment on John Gibson's The Big Story, and you will see precisely what I am referring too. And if you don't see waffling there, please see the transcript from Bill O'Reilly's, The O'Reilly Factor, to see what I am referring too. Thank you.
